Funk superstar, Aritus, is back with cheery single, Pina Colada II, and you have to add it to your collection. Now, if you’re an avid follower of the artist, the song may sound familiar to 2016 hit, Pina Colada.
The more recent of the two, however, serves as an ode to the original, shifting from darker to upbeat funk. Think summertime disco for this one. Really, you’d be a fool to miss out on either of these tasteful tracks.
On a different note, we haven’t heard much from Aritus recently, but things seem to be returning to normal. “It’s been a while, lots of health problems and troubles,” says Aritus. “But, I’m glad to be back and I have tons of music planned for this remainder of the year, including the album.”
He continues:
“I love you guys. Thank you so much for the continued support and I hope you like this little fun house song I made that is an ode to something I made back two summers ago with my best bud, Conscious Thoughts.”
