It’s always quite strange to see a musician remix their own bands track, in our opinion. Thankfully though, Mighty Mouse’s attempt at remixing Du Tonc’s Slow Down, is glorious to listen to.
First things first, this track just screams French House to us. Elements such as the edgy and retro-laden bass chords and the progression of the chords themselves, play a key part in keeping this remix on its toes.
We can absolutely say that this reworking is a winner and it will definitely be starring in our 2017 playlists, for quite sometime!
