Theophilus London has returned to the music scene in perfect fashion. This time, the American-Trinidadian rapper joined forces with Australian outfit Tame Impala in electronic hip-hop epic, Whiplash. If you enjoyed the rapper’s collaborative release with The Bloody Beetroots, then you’ll certainly love this.

Released via My Bebey Records / Independently Popular, Whiplash is a 3-minute sinister-sounding thriller. What else could you expect? Tame Impala’s dark leads and London’s crisp lyrics intermingle in one of the freshest ways possible. It’s as if the two acts were writing the soundtrack for a sequel to 2011 film, Drive. That’s right – it’s that good.
