Norwegian duo, Lemaitre, have done it again! This time, the funky pair has teamed up with indie pop singer, Mark Johns, to bring us the heavy-hitting track, Stepping Stone. Doused with infectious bass lines and smooth synths, the song sees the Astralwerks superstars fuse robust electro with high-octane synthwave, building quite a rare sound.
Stepping Stone marks the first release of 2016 for the Oslo-based group, though a full EP will be due in stores at the end of the month. Titled 1749, the forthcoming record will feature several banging tracks, including Closer, Stepping Stone, and hopefully a number of other electro-disco anthems.
