Die Verboten, simply translated from German means “the forbidden” and after listening to the simply blissful collaboration between Soulwax, Riton and Fergadelic, I feel obligated and entangled in the absolute 13 minute masterpiece that is E40.
Penned as “Kraut-rock”, the track is a heavy electronic symphony, still giving us those subtle Soulwax vibes as well as some new and fresh feelings from Riton and his brother-in-law.
