Five months ago, we premiered Mac Stanton’s exceptional remix of Alone by Belgian singer & songwriter, Selah Sue. Now, Paris native, FKJ, has stepped up to the plate, giving us his own exquisite rendition of the soulful pop track.
The two European artists are like blended merlot and dark chocolate – a perfect pair. Really, FKJ’s pristine synth work and piano arrangement complement Selah Sue in the most genuine way, stirring up warm and fuzzy feelings inside. I hope FKJ never stops producing because this remix is easily one of the best of the year.
