The French producer has done it again. Following the release of Phanerosphene Part I, Jeremie Palmigiani, aka Soul Machine, took to the studio and got straight to work on the second installment of his EP.
Out now via Parisian label, So French Records, Phanerosphene EP Part II features three wicked, original tracks (Galactic Rainbow, Ethereal, and Phanerosphene Part II) from the french electro maestro, as well as remixes from other producer greats – Superfunk, Access Denied, Kn1ght, and So French label owner, Mac Stanton.
As a whole, the EP reminds us of the works of French electronic artists, Justice and Kavinsky (specifically, We Are Your Friends and Nightcall), but it definitely maintains its own, distinctive characteristics. Each of the tracks manage to fuse elements of indie dance, funk, orchestra, and synthwave, creating beautifully dark atmospheres and setting an incredible tone.
