Can you believe that Glass Animals released sophomore album, How to Be a Human Being, nearly two years ago? That’s right! What’s more impressive is that the record is still making waves around the world, with tracks, such as Life Itself, Pork Soda and Youth, topping the charts.
Today, we revisit the 2016 release, but with a slight shift in direction, as we highlight German DJ/producer, Roosevelt, and his remarkable remix of Life Itself. With smooths grooves and mid-tempo pep, you can immediately get a taste of the Cologne native’s crisp sound. Really, the rich rework does well to fuse elements of progressive pop, four-on-the-floor beats and funk accents in a way we haven’t heard before.
