Detroit techno guru, Robert Hood, and his daughter, Lyric, are the hottest thing right now in the electronic music industry, picking up countless attention recently. More notably, their EP, “Tell You No Lie” has received praise across the board, charting high on the likes of Beatport, Juno and more.
The first track on the EP is the ironically titled “Music“, building on Robert Hood’s techno influences and deep trances, perfect for that one of a kind techno playlist.
It’s the title track that has caught our attention though, with “Tell You No Lie” being as danceable as your local 70s disco night on a Saturday night. It’s really something special and we hope that we continue to see music like this for a very long time!
