Alesia are an electronic duo, originating from Paris, France and have racked up much of the limelight with tracks like “Hyacinthus” and “Ivo” on Skrillex’s label, OWSLA. Their original sound was something quite similar to the likes of Rezz and Gesaffelstein – Industrial techno to be precise and now they’ve gone in a completely different direction altogether, but have still been able to retain their originality and signature sounds.
Calling Of War is best described as ‘electronic rock’, but turned up to 11, which just so happens to bode very well with us. With some absolutely rickety vocals from someone that sounds eeriely like Marilyn Manson and jarring musical effects and instrumentation, this is one you cannot afford to not listen to.
