MSTRKRFT Announces New Album, Unveils “Party Line”

Roughly two months ago, Toronto duo, Jesse F. Keeler and Alex Puodziukas also known as MSTRKRFT, publicly released Little Red Hen, the Canadian act’s first single since 2011. Now, the talented pair of electronic musicians are back, and with even better news – the announcement of a new LP, titled Operator.

According to Billboard, MSTRKRFT have been “quietly working” on the album since late 2013, conceptualizing militaristic “operator culture” into a full-fledged record. Out via Last Gang Records on July 22, the release seems to be driven by detachment and disdain, as specified by JFK.

In addition to the impressive announcement, the group have also revealed another single, Party Line, which sees them join forces with post-punk singer/songwriter, Ian Svenonius, creating a mangled wall of fuzz and tension.
