Best Remixes of Kavinsky

Record Makers artist, Kavinsky, launched his impressive music career in 2005, with the help of Jackson and His Computerband and Mr. Oizo. Since then, the French producer has released several singles & EPs and an exceptional album, and even featured in a number of video games and films.

So, what’s next for the glorious musician? Well, roughly a year ago, the Frenchman gave us a sneak peek at his new work, unveiling massive, synth-driven track, Sovereign. Perhaps, the outrun talent is prepping for another release soon?

In recent weeks, Kavinsky has sporadically played out a few live sets around France, even laying down some 80s-inspired sounds at Paris’s Zig Zag Club just last night. While we anxiously await the return of the French creative, let’s take a listen to some of our favorite remixes of his work:

Kolt13 is one of those naturally gifted musicians; everything he touches – and I mean everything – turns into gold. Just listen to his high-powered remix of Nightcall:

Drivepilot’s version of Nightcall took a completely different route, fusing hard electro with pumping synthwave.

Let’s not forget F.O.O.L’s orchestral-electro rework of Road Game. Intense, full of emotion, and uniquely crafted.

Jackson even tuned in for a Pacific Coast Highway rinse, full of 80s inspired, electropop breaks.

There’s no remix like an A-Trak remix. Luckily, the Canada native’s take featured on the official release of Kavinsky’s Odd Look EP.

Finally, Mumbai Science’s Protovision rework sounds like something Modek and Justice would come up with if they collaborated, and we love it.
