Ever since Riton and DJ Mehdi joined forces as Carte Blanche, both have been on my radar! Riton always exhibited a fusion of deep and powerful dance-house, while Mehdi fueled electronic music with intoxicating, indie-meets-electro sounds. Now, shifting from his usual Ed Banger home, Riton just released Need Your Love via Skrillex’s recording label, OWSLA. Quite a different direction, or does his music continue to embrace that french touch mold?
