Stream: The Chemical Brothers – Dig Your Own Hole

We’re whizzing back to 1997 now with the marvelous creation that is Dig Your Own Hole by English duo, The Chemical Brothers, which was their first number one album in the UK!

The first track Block Rockin’ Beats is notable for its smooth sounding bass line and its crazy sounding drum samples from Bernard Purdie’s Them Changes, blazing in after the first track comes the funkalicious Dig Your Own Hole with its delectable breakbeats which empower the whole song.

However, without a doubt, the standout track on the album is Setting Sun drawing inspiration from The Beatles’ Tomorrow Never Knows. It also features vocals from Oasis frontman, Noel Gallagher.
